The coordinator of the MYTHOS project, Prof. Francesca di Mare, was invited as speaker at the Vienna Aviation Days, organized by the ExFAN Project, cluster partner of MYTHOS.
The talk, with title „A hierarchic multi-fidelity design approach to a flexifuel gas turbine engine“, was invited to join the session on Hydrogen Combustion & Hydrogen – electric propulsion systems.

The MYTHOS project has been presented by the RUB team at the ILA Berlin during a session organized by the ClimAvTech cluster. The session, with title „The Future of Aviation: Hydrogen, Electric or Both?“, has been opened by a speech of Pablo Perez-Illana from CINEA – European Climate, Infrastructure and Environment Executive Agency.  Ten EU-funded research and innovation projects under HorizonEU and H2020transport have been presented, followed by an interesting podium discussion on the future of civil aviation propulsion systems. 

The coordinator of the MYTHOS project, Prof. Francesca di Mare, has been interviewed for the magazine RUBIN.

In the long interview, starting from the premise of a rapidly growing air transport sector, Prof. di Mare introduced the key principles of aeronautical engines connected to the technical challenges in the process of decarbonization of civil aviation. In this context, the MYTHOS contribution to this challenging task has been illustrated.

MYTHOS has been selected for the accompanying exhibition of the Event „Horizont Europa.Nrw – Erfolge im Blick“. The exhibition shows best practice examples for research projects in Horizon Europe as examples of the high-performance science and business location of the North Rhine-Westphalia State in Germany.
The research activities of the project, selected for the „Science Excellence“ track, have been presented, among others, to the Minister for Culture and Science of North Rhine-Westphalia.

MYTHOS has been presented at the 13th EASN International Conference on  „Innovation for Aviation & Space for opening New Horizons“ in Salerno, Italy

Dream Innovation, member of the MYTHOS Consortium, has been selected to represent the Regione Campania at the Paris Air Show 2023.
The research of MYTHOS will be presented to all stakeholders of the aviation industry and the around 300.000 visitors from the general public.
